So I saw these pink strawberry marshmallows in the store and couldn’t ignore them. They are just so freaking pink and adorable! So I pondered what to do with them and this is what happened.
Marshmallow Pops
What you need:
- lollypop sticks (i got mine at a baking store)
- jumbo marshmallows
- semisweet bakers chocolate
- sprinkles
- m&m’s (i specially bought the baby blue ones)
Step 1: Jam the marshmallow on the stick.
Step 2: Dip in chocolate. (I melted mine in the microwave)
Step 3: Twirl around and ponder eating it right then & there.
Step 4: Dunk in sprinkles.
Step 5: Top with an m&m.
Gah you guys. These things were freaking delicious. I allowed myself one and nearly had to pour dish soap on the rest so I wouldn’t eat them. :) They would look aaaadorable packaged up in clear plastic with a pretty bow. But I’m poor and those freaking baby blue m&m’s cost me an arm and a leg.
Easy right? Get marshmallow poppin.
